Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST (Mountain Standard Time) Monday-Friday will ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends will ship the next business day.

Free Shipping Policy

We offer FREE Ground Shipping on all wholesale orders over $150 within the contiguous United States (Lower 48).

  • Excludes LTL Freight shipments and oversized items (e.g., Wire Spools).
  • Alaska, Hawaii, and International orders do not qualify for free shipping.

Returns & Refunds

At Solunix Lite, we stand behind our commercial-grade quality. However, we understand that project needs change. We offer a 30-Day Return Policy on all new, unused items.

How to Return an Item

Request RMA

Email support@solunixlite.com with your Order ID to get a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

Ship It Back

Pack items in original boxes. Write the RMA # clearly on the label. Ship to our WY warehouse.

Get Refund

Once inspected (approx. 3-5 days), refund will be issued to original payment method.

A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns (e.g., ordered wrong color, changed mind). This covers the labor of inspection, testing, and restocking commercial goods. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom Cut Wire: Any wire or cord that has been cut to specific lengths.
  • Used Products: Items that show signs of installation or weathering.
  • Closeout / Final Sale Items.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective product or damage occurred during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
