Commercial Warranty Policy

We build our lights to withstand the rigors of professional installation. If it fails due to a manufacturing defect, we replace it.

Our products are engineered for commercial use. We warrant to the original purchaser that our products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the periods listed below.

* 1 Season is defined as 90 days of installation use (e.g., Oct-Jan).

What is NOT Covered?

While our lights are tough, they aren't indestructible. The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

UV Fading

All plastics fade over time in direct sunlight. Slight discoloration of wire or bulbs after prolonged sun exposure is normal wear and tear.

Animal Damage

Chewed wires by squirrels, rabbits, or other animals are not manufacturing defects. (We recommend using repellent sprays).

Electrical Overload

Damage caused by connecting too many strings end-to-end (exceeding amp capacity) or power surges.

⛈️

Severe Weather / Acts of God

Damage from hail, tornadoes, falling trees, or wind speeds exceeding normal conditions.

How to File a Warranty Claim

If you encounter a defect, we aim to resolve it quickly so you can get back to the job.

Step 1: Take clear photos of the defective item (and the label showing the batch code if visible).
Step 2: Email support@solunixlite.com with your Order ID, Photos, and a brief description of the issue.
Step 3: Our team will review within 24 hours. If approved, we will either ship a replacement immediately or issue a store credit.

Note: For large claims, we may request the defective items be returned to our WY warehouse for engineering analysis (we will provide a shipping label).
