Welcome to Solunix Lite. By accessing or using our website and wholesale services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations.

1. Professional Use Only

Solunix Lite is primarily a Business-to-Business (B2B) supplier. Our products are intended for use by professional installers, commercial contractors, and municipalities. While we sell to homeowners, we assume the purchaser has the necessary technical knowledge to install commercial-grade lighting safely.

2. Wholesale Accounts

To access wholesale pricing, you must be approved for a Trade Account. We reserve the right to approve or deny any application at our sole discretion. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices without notice. For wholesale accounts with Net 30 terms, payment must be received within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month.

4. Shipping and Returns

Your use of this site is also governed by our Shipping & Return Policy.
Please note that custom-cut wire and special order items are non-returnable.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Solunix Lite and protected by international copyright laws. You may not use our product images for your own marketing without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability (Important)

Disclaimer: In no event shall Solunix Lite be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use of our products; (ii) any installation errors; or (iii) weather-related damages.

Our maximum liability to you for any claim related to our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Solunix Lite and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Wyoming shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
