Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

No, we do not enforce a strict MOQ for standard pricing. However, to access our deepest wholesale discounts (Tier 2 & 3), case-quantity purchases (e.g., 25 boxes) are usually required.

Absolutely! We welcome wholesale inquiries from retailers, wholesalers, and event planners. Competitive pricing and flexible terms are available – minimum order quantities and prices vary by product. Reach out to our team with your needs for a detailed quote.

What is the cutoff time for same-day shipping?

Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST (Mountain Standard Time) typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM will ship the next business day.

For standard orders, we use FedEx Ground or UPS. For large bulk orders (over 15 cases or heavy wire spools), we ship via LTL Freight on pallets to ensure safety and lower costs. We will contact you to arrange service if needed.

Are your C9 bulbs dimmable?

Yes, all Solunix OptiCore™ SMD LED bulbs (C9 and C7) are fully dimmable. However, you must use an LED-compatible dimmer switch to prevent flickering.

Absolutely. Our bulk 1000' wire spools and empty socket lines are designed for custom-cut installations. We recommend using our Vampire Plugs to terminate the ends safely.

Faceted bulbs have a diamond-cut lens that refracts light, creating a sparkling halo effect (best for rooflines). Smooth bulbs (Opaque or Clear) offer a classic, vintage look with a softer glow.

Absolutely! Most of our strings are indoor/outdoor rated. Wires and bulbs are treated for water resistance (IP44 waterproof rating), handling light rain, snow, and moisture. For longevity, we recommend bringing them indoors during extreme weather (heavy rain, blizzards). We also offer outdoor - enhanced versions with superior weather resistance.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on new, unused items within 30 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns. Custom-cut wire is not returnable. Please see our full Return Policy page.

If you have a defective product, simply email a photo of the issue to info@solunixlite.com along with your Order ID. We usually send a replacement within 24 hours. No need to ship the broken item back in most cases.
